We are a unique school nested on the edge of Flaxmere. We are a full primary with Years 1 – 8. We currently have 22 classrooms – 12 mainstream, 6 bilingual maori (reo rua) and 3 total immersion maori (rumaki). We have a role averaging 520 and over 50 staff, all working together to be the very best school we can be.
Students are provided a wide range of activities and opportunities outside the daily academic programme. These include: Canoe Polo, Football, Literacy Club, Calf Club, Future Fridays, Netball, Basketball, Leadership Conference, Mathletics, Gymnastics, Rugby, Triathlon, Hip-Hop and many many more.
We do not have a school uniform, or charge school fees. We are also supported by Mainfreight for Duffy Books, KidsCan, Fonterra and Fruit in Schools. It takes a village to raise a child and our village is strong and care about our kids.
